Part-time Cleaner
Stansted Airport
£13.08 per hour
Tuesdays & Fridays 12pm-4pm
Saturdays 7am-11am
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and professional Cleaner for a VIP lounge facility at Stansted Airport. You must be proactive and adaptable and strive to ensure the highest levels of cleaning standards are consistently met, demonstrating a flexible attitude in the workplace as well as maintaining discretion and punctuality.
Key Responsibilities
To contribute to a culture of engagement, involvement and continuous improvement within the team.
Cleaning lounge area
General cleaning of offices and staff area.
Restocking of cleaning vehicles and equipment.
Vacuuming carpets, wiping down furniture and surfaces.
Mopping, sanitising, dusting and polishing of surfaces.
Waste removal
Maintaining exceptional standard of cleanliness in lounge
Always maintain a safe working environment, especially when using equipment and PPE.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualities required
Ability to work under pressure to schedules and adapt quickly to suit client needs.
Ability to work shifts, bank holidays and weekends.
A full manual driving licence recognised by the UK is desirable.
Good attention to detail to take pride in cleaning standards.
Previous aircraft cleaning experience would be highly beneficial.
Valid Passport/ID and right to work in the UK.
Proof of Address and National Insurance Number.
5 years' check-able work history.
Receipt of a satisfactory standard disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
Must be willing to undergo relevant training as required.
Zero tolerance approach to health & safety non-compliance.
Excellent communication skills.
